Shipments CAN...
1.
Only be delivered to the address on the shipping label. (This can include the reception of a commercial building)
2.
Be delivered to an adult who appears to be OVER 25. (not necessarily the customer)
3.
Be delivered to an adult who appears UNDER 25 if they can prove with photo ID that they are over 18 years old. (not necessarily the customer)
For all Age-Verified deliveries ask for a signature of the person receiving the parcel.

Be delivered to a 'Neighbour'

Be delivered to a person who appears to be under 25 years old without them providing photo-ID proving they are over 18 years old.

Be left - safe in a customers normal 'Delivery Preference' Location.
Accepted Photo-ID
Old Windsor Logistics only accepts Photo-ID with the PASS accredited logo in a hologram.
These Include National ID cards, Driving Licences and Passports.
